Welcome to APFTScore.com. This comprehensive online calculator scores Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) results and Soldier height/weight data in accordance with applicable US Army regulations including FM 7-22 - Army Physical Readiness Training (formerly TC 3-22.20 and FM 21-20 - Physical Fitness Training), AR 600-8-19 (Enlisted Promotions and Reductions), and AR 600-9 (The Army Weight Control Program). Unlike other calculators available online, this utility will allow you to score multiple Soldiers at a time and is an ideal tool for NCOs, unit administrators, ROTC instructors, and training officials to quickly process APFT results from a large number of Soldiers or cadets.

The APFT score and height/weight calculator will also allow you to automatically generate a completed DA Form 705 (APFT Scorecard) for each soldier that you have scored. Completed scorecards are downloadable in XFDL (PureEdge) and PDF formats. You may also upload a previously-created DA 705 in XFDL format to add additional tests to an existing scorecard.

This calculator supports scoring of Soldiers with physical profiles, Soldiers who must take an alternate aerobic event, and the extended scale (unofficial scores above the normal maximum of 300 points). In addition, two scoring modes (record and promotion) are provided to deal with conflicting provisions contained within FM 7-22 and AR 600-8-19. The author of this utility has taken great efforts to ensure all results are in compliance with Army regulations.

For full information about the specific details of this calculator's scoring, including the provisions found within each specific Army regulation, see the usage notes page.

New! Try our new Bulk Army Physical Fitness Scorecard. This form is designed to facilitate bulk recording of raw APFT results, one form per grader/lane. The column order corresponds with the data fields on the APFTScore.com calculator data entry page, allowing personnel scoring APFT results and generating the DA Forms 705 to efficiently enter data into the calculator. An optional lap time row is included to allow graders to record individual lap times (up to a total of nine plus final event time to support the 2.5-Mile Walk) if desired based on grader preference or unit SOP.
